About Rick
Rick McBride was born in Detroit, brought up in Toronto before moving to California. He fought in Korea and then became an art director working in advertising and media. Running his own agency, he worked with some of the best marques, coachbuilders and designers including: Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Ford, Jaguar, Maserati, Pininfarina and Lamborghini.
He loved motorsport and shot some great images during his life. Many will remember the classic posters he designed in the 1980's and his wife Valerie has created The Rick McBride Collection to retail these posters - www.rickmcbride.co.uk
