Romain Grosjean F1 Race Used & Signed Helmet
This Romain Grosjean helmet, made by Bell was race used during the 2015 Formula One season and in particular during the season ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix where he raced the Lotus E23 for the Lotus F1 Team. He qualified fifteenth, but started eighteenth due to a five place grid penalty. The race faired much better for Romain and he finished an excellent ninth, claiming two points. This gave him eleventh place in the overall championship, interestingly one place and two points ahead of Max Verstappen.
This helmet has been painted by Bell Racing Europe and was signed on the Iridium visor, in person, at the Le Mans 24 Hours in 2024.
Before graduating to Formula One, Romain had a stellar career in Junior Formula winning the French Lista Junior 1.6 championship, French Formula Renault, Formula 3 Euro Series, GP2 Asia Series, Auto GP and finally the GP2 Series title. He made one hundred and seventy nine Formula One starts, finishing on the podium on ten occasions and setting one fastest lap. He has subsequently raced in the Indycar Series and Le Mans.
