Adrian Sutil F1 Race Used & Signed Helmet
This Adrian Sutil helmet, made by Arai was race used in the 2014 Formula One season and in particular at the Japanese Grand Prix, held at Suzuka. Towards the end of the wet Grand Prix, Sutil aquaplaned off the circuit at the Dunlop Curve and despite double waved yellow flags, Jules Bianchi lost control of his Marussia and collided with a tractor crane that was tending to Sutil’s stricken Sauber. Tragic.
This helmet was painted by the legendary Jens Munser and was signed on the visor by Adrian and annotated ‘Japanese Grand Prix 5.10.14’.
Adrian made 128 Formula One starts and recorded a solitary Fastest Lap in 2009. He drove for Spyker, Force India and Sauber. He has a huge collection of Supercars, including Koenigsegg, Pagani, Bugatti, McLaren and Ferrari.
