Marcus Ericsson F1 Race Used Helmet
This Marcus Ericsson helmet, made by Bell was race used during the 2015 Formula One season. It was worn towards the latter part of that season between the Hungarian GP and Brazilian. He scored points in three consecutive races from Hungary, including Belgium and Italy. He finished the season in eighteenth overall and left Formula One at the end of the 2018 season, making ninety seven starts.
This helmet has been painted by 360gfx and has been signed on the visor of the helmet.
Marcus started his single seater career in Formula BMW UK series, winning the championship first time out in 2007. He then won the All-Japan Formula 3 Championship in 2009, the same year becoming Test driver for the F1 championship winning Brawn GP team. He won races in the GP2 series and after leaving Formula One, he left for the USA. Here he has been successful in Indycar, but his greatest victory is without doubt the prestigious Indy 500 in 2022.
